Welcome to Life Quest Counseling and Consulting
At Life Quest, our goal is to provide a supportive, and safe space where hope and healing can flourish. We believe every person has the right and deserves the opportunity to learn, to grow, to heal and to find peace - regardless of their age, background or situation.
We invite individuals, couples, parents, youth and families to seek the understanding and support they need, and learn the skills and strategies that will help them work through
challenging situations. Unexpected and difficult circumstances in life, as well as past and current traumas can negatively impact emotions, relationships, family, work, and all other aspects of life. At Life Quest, we support our clients in their journey to make positive changes and to live their best, most fulfilling lives.
I have over 18 years of experience supporting individuals, parents, and families in Arizona’s public behavioral health system, and 2 years experience counseling adolescents, adults and couples experiencing difficulties in navigating life’s challenges. My years of personal experience in parenting, supporting families navigating mental health services, and training hundreds of parents and professionals in mental health systems across the country in parent and family support services, led to my desire to work one-on-one as a counselor with individuals wanting to create change in their lives. My husband and I have learned that parenting children who live with exceptional circumstances can be difficult, but moving through this journey with the right support and coping skills can ultimately become a profoundly rich and meaningful experience. I will support you on your journey whether you are a parent, caregiver, sibling, family member, or anyone wanting to create positive change in your life. I build upon your individual strengths and resilience while providing a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere for you to begin the process of healing, growing and living your best life.
